Christmas Morning Meditation

Oh come let us adore Him, Oh come let us adore Him, Oh come let us adore Him, Christ the Lord. 

Father, we come before Your Throne of Grace this morning with exceptional joy in our hearts and praise in our spirits. Hallowed be Thy name. This is truly the day You have made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. 

Today we celebrate the arrival of our King. We commemorate His birth and rejoice at His triumphant ascensions to the position of King of kings and Lord of lords. We reminisce about His righteousness and ponder on His great glory, honor, and power. Lord, you are great and greatly to be praised. 

Father, thank you for the many gifts you’ve provided for us this day. Thank you for your Spirit. Thank you for your joy. Thank you for peace and for satisfaction in your presence alone. Thank you for salvation. Thank you for your anointing. And thank you for all your people praying together with us right now. 

Please bless us to continue praying. Please comfort, heal, uplift, encourage, fortify, strengthen, and empower us all to do, and to be all that you would have us be. This we ask to the honor and glory of Jesus Christ our King.
