Midweek Meditation

Oh Lord, my God, When I, in awesome wonder, Consider all the worlds Thy hands have made. I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder, Thy power throughout the universe displayed. Then sings my soul, my Savior God to Thee, How great Thou art, how great Thou art. Then sings my soul, my Savior God to Thee, How great Thou art, how great Thou art. 

Father, we need your presence this morning. We need the power of your anointing to flow upon us from heaven above. We invite your Spirit to overshadow us with love, compassion and understanding. We petition your angels of mercy to minister to our bodies and souls. Touch us Father and it will suffice. Hold us in your loving arms and we will be satisfied. 

Lord, we bow before your holy throne in thanksgiving, praise and joyful expectation. We know you love us beyond words. Your concern is beyond expression and your grace everlasting. We gratefully and humbly bring our petitions, troubles, issues, observations and information to you that you may unravel, reveal, solve, satisfy and heal. You are the Great I Am. You are the Everlasting Father and Prince of Peace. We worship you, and you alone. 

Holy Ghost, thank you for leading us. Thank you for keeping us. Thank you for teaching, instructing and directing us. Thank you for this day: for this is truly the day the Lord has made. We will be glad, and rejoice in it. In Jesus name we pray.
