Midweek Meditation

We praise Thee, O God! For the Son of Thy love, For Jesus Who died, And is now gone above. Hallelujah! Thine the glory. Hallelujah! Amen. Hallelujah! Thine the glory. Revive us again.

Father, our world needs revival. Our churches, our homes, our families, communities, friends, foes and everyone in between needs reviving. We desperately need Your Spirit to renew, restore, replace and rejuvenate our hearts, souls and minds. We can’t make it another minute without Your love, guidance, atoning grace, power and protection. Father, everything we need is in You; You are our everything. 

Lord, send Your latter rain upon our dry and desolate lands. Infuse us with power from on high. Terminate the assignments of the enemy against your people. Destroy every plot. Foil every devious and deceptive plan. Establish us above every flood and position us far from every pestilence. And that you may be glorified, in the midst of every calamity cause us to prosper and to stand. 

Holy Spirit, rise up in us now we pray. Let the power of your glory and confidence of your anointing show forth in us, work through us, and be upon us today. We need your grace. We beg for your mercy. We live to honor and to bring praises to your holy and magnificent name. Great is our God and greatly to be praised. These things we boldly proclaim in the glorious name of Jesus Christ our soon coming King.
