Midweek Meditation

Jesus I’ll never forget what you’ve done for me. Jesus I’ll never forget how you set me free. Jesus I’ll never forget how you brought me out. Jesus I’ll never forget; no never. 

Father of mercy, grace and love, we pause this morning to give you honor, and to give you praise. Your name is Wonderful. Your name is Holy, and you are high and lifted up. There is no place that your eyes do not see or location your presence cannot permeate. You are in all, above all and over all. You are Lord of all things in heaven, earth, and under the earth. Glory to your name. 

Lord, we give you praise for another day. We desire to walk upright before you. We repent now for any, and everything we have done that was not acceptable to your will. We want to be pleasing in every way. We are forever grateful for your great love and sacrifice for us at Calvary. We are daily reminded of the influence of your power, grace, and mercy on those of us that love and trust you. 

Holy Spirit, fill us today with your power. Please strengthen us, keep and protect us. Cause us to be effective witnesses and productive stewards of your message of hope and salvation. We seek only to serve you; so let the words of our mouths and the meditation of our hearts be acceptable in thy sight. In Jesus name.
