Midweek Meditation

His name is wonderful, His name is wonderful, His name is wonderful, Jesus my Lord. He is the mighty King, master of everything, His name is wonderful, Jesus my Lord. He's the Great Shephard, The Rock of all ages, Almighty God is he. Bow down before Him, Love and adore Him, His name is wonderful, Jesus my Lord.

Father of Glory, Your Majesty, and our Righteous King, we bow before Your holy presence this morning in reverence, submission and affection. We revere Your glorious character and exceedingly merciful persona. We willingly and eagerly await instructions from heaven to fill our souls with Kingdom urgency. Always and forever we delight in your love, and are excited to take these few moments to worship and adore Your holiness. What a mighty God we serve. 

Lord, we cast all our cares on You, because You care for us. We are blessed beyond measure. Your grace and mercy are exceedingly, and indescribably beyond comprehension. Your favor upon our lives is unprecedented. You alone deserve the glory, praise, and honor. You alone are owed our utmost devotion. We surrender all to You. 

Holy Spirit, we pray for the many people suffering unspeakable atrocities, unbelievable pain, and unforeseen tragedies. We pray for families suffering the loss of loved ones, possessions, protection, and peace of mind. Please replace everything they’ve lost with Your great love. Please comfort, console, strengthen and renew their broken hearts. And Father, please save us all. These things we ask in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
