Midweek Meditation

Count your blessings name them one by one. Count your blessings, see what God has done. Count your blessings, name them one by one. Count your many blessings, see what God has done.

Our Father in heaven, we praise Your name today. With everything that’s within us we glorify Your holy presence. We thank You, and give You all the praise for the many blessings You’ve bestowed upon us. Holy, holy, holy is the Lord our God. You alone are worthy of all the honor. Blessed be the name of our God. 

Lord, we humbly come before Your throne today seeking Your attention, grace, mercy and peace. We pray for peace in our world, mercy for Your people, and grace for every wayward soul. Please save, deliver, and set all Your people free. Heal our hearts, regulate our minds and cause us to love and care for one another. 

Holy Spirit, lead us on the path of righteousness for Your name sake. Teach us to trust, help us to believe, increase our faith and fortify our resolve to serve You. We desire to be pleasing in all our ways, powerful in all our endeavors, and loving in all our interactions. These things we pray in the name of Christ Jesus our Lord.
