Midweek Meditation

I've found a friend who is all to me, His love is ever true; I love to tell how He lifted me, and what His grace can do for you. Saved by His pow'r divine. Saved to new life sublime! Life now is sweet and my joy is complete, for I'm saved, saved, saved.

Our Father in heaven, we pause right now to give You all the glory, honor, and all the praise. You are good beyond comprehension, and gracious beyond explanation. Your goodness and mercy precede us, follow us, and accompany us all the days of our lives. We desire nothing more than to be in Your presence forevermore. Glory to Your holy name. 

Lord, there’s nothing we’d rather do than to bask in the light of Your salvation. There’s no place we’d rather be than in Your perfect will. We stand ready, anxious, poised and positioned to fight the good fight of faith again this day, knowing victory is close at hand. Your triumphant return is imminent and getting closer everyday. Even now Lord Jesus come. 

Holy Ghost, fill us with Your power. Fill our hearts with love, our minds with Your word, and our souls with joy. Make us battle ready. Clothe us in righteousness and adorn us with holiness. Prepare every part of us for service. We need Your help, we need Your strength, we need Your anointing, glory and saving grace. In Jesus name we pray.
