Midweek Meditation

It shall be light in the evening time. The path to glory you will surely find. Through the waterway it is the light today, buried in His precious name. Young and old repent of all your sins and the Holy Ghost will enter in. The evening time has come, tis' a fact that God and Christ are one. 

Father, we look to You for everything. You are our life, liberty, love, salvation, sanctification and eternal hope. There’s no expression that can adequately capture the total essence of what Your affection means to us. We resolve simply to worship and praise You for who You are, and the many things You’ve done. Glory to Your name. 

Lord, please hear our humble cries. We need You. We surrender to You. We seek a closer walk with You. We desire to live lives pleasing in Your sight. Please hold us in Your loving arms. Protect us from all harm and danger. 

Holy Spirit, fill us now we pray. Fill us with Your joy, Your love and Your power. Make us to recognize Your voice, Your movement and Your desire. Make us strong, fearless and spiritually fruitful. These things we ask to the glory and honor of Jesus Christ our Lord.
