Midweek Meditation

He’s a wonder in my soul, He’s a wonder in my soul, He’s a wonder in my soul; bless his name. He’s a wonder in my soul, He’s a wonder in my soul, He’s a wonder in my soul; bless his name.

Father, we enter your gates with thanksgiving in our hearts, and your courts with our highest and best praise. We are grateful and we bless your holy name. You woke us up this morning. Thank you. You started us on our way. Thank you. You gave us life, strengthen, activity of our limbs, mobility, comprehension, insight, foresight and your everlasting love. And for all these things we say, “Thank you Father”. 

Lord, we look forward to spending this day with you. All our time. All our energy. All our thoughts, desires, hopes and dreams are wrapped in you. You are the reason for our joy, the source of our strength and the mainstay of our existence. There is none like you. 

Holy Spirit, have your way in our lives we pray. Lead us. Guide us. Instruct and coach us. Have patience with us; and coax us ever closer to your perfect will. Lord, don’t let us fail, don’t allow us to fall; but instead be completely glorified in our lives today and evermore. These things we ask in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.
