Midweek Meditation

I'll show you a mystery, yah. We shall not all sleep, yah, yah. We'll be changed immediately, yah. In the twinkling of an eye. We shall be changed. We shall be changed. Changed from mortal to immortality, in the twinkling of an eye. 

Father, we thank you for the liberty we dwell in because of the power of your Word. Our lives have meaning and our days purpose because we know you love and cherish us. We know every promise you’ve made is true. You cannot, and do not lie. We are overwhelmed by your presence with us, your power working for us, and the joy of your salvation within us. Glory to your name. 

Lord, you are our strength, our help and our shield. You are the fountain that never runs dry, the eternal bread of life and our salvation. We worship and praise you for caring for us. You took our place on Calvary’s cross and made us forever free. We are free to love you. Free to praise you. Free to worship and adore you. We owe you all these things and so much more. 

Holy Ghost, show us the way. Train us. Teach us. Instruct and guide us. We are incapable of knowing the path unless you direct us. We are powerless to perform without your Spirit within. Fill us and illuminate our hearts, souls and minds with your affection, love and power. Please save and sanctify us all in the name of Jesus Christ we pray.
