Midweek Meditation

Come, Thou Almighty King, Help us Thy name to sing, Help us to praise, Father, all glorious, O’er all victorious, Come, and reign over us, Ancient of Days.

Father, we worship you again today in Spirit and in Truth, knowing that is your desire of us. We leave our all on the altar of sacrifice that we may find peace and joy in your holy presence. Your name is Wonderful. Your name is Magnificent. You alone are God and you are worthy of all our praise. Glory to your name. Glory to your name. 

Lord, we delight in the touch of your hand upon us. We view your handiwork sculpturing our personalities, molding our ambitions, forging, making and recreating our imaginations to align with your holy will. We have been changed through your love and rearranged by your grace and kindness. Thank you Lord for saving our souls. Thank you Lord for making us whole. Thank you Lord for giving to us, this great salvation so full and so free. 

Holy Spirit, we are ready. We are prepared to work, to serve, to love and to abide under the shadow of your grace; but we need your help. Help us Holy Ghost. Lead us, guide us, touch us, strengthen and mature us. Protect us from all hurt, harm and danger. Save us all. These things we ask and pray in the matchless name of Jesus Christ our Lord.
