Monday Morning Meditation

My hope is built on nothing less, than Jesus’ blood and righteousness. I dare not trust the sweetest frame, But wholly lean on Jesus’ name. On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand; All other ground is sinking sand, All other ground is sinking sand.

Father, we recognize no other authority, power, position or influence in our lives but Yours. You are the head of our lives and lover of our souls. We pledge allegiance to You. We surrender our hearts to You. We love and cherish You above any, and everything. Your name is great and greatly to be praised. 

Lord, be glorified in our lives today. Be exalted in our testimonies and honored in our praise. Help us to conform our lives and lifestyles to your perfect and holy example. Let your loving kindness and tender mercies manifest themselves in our speech, our walk, our deeds and demeanor. 

Holy Spirit, shine through us now we pray. Don’t allow us a moment of darkness. Be a constant reminder of who we are, and what we represent. Walk with us. Lead us. Guide us. Comfort, correct, console and have compassion upon all your people this day and always. These things we earnestly pray. In Jesus name.
