Monday Morning Meditation

When we walk with the Lord in the light of His Word, What a glory He sheds on our way! While we do His good will, He abides with us still, And with all who will trust and obey. Trust and obey, for there's no other way, to be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.

Heavenly Father, hallowed be Thy holy name. You are wonderful beyond expression. Marvelous beyond imagination. And for this we worship You. We come before You this morning in sincerity of heart, soul and mind. We surrender every thought, desire, need, want and aspiration to Your Devine will for our lives. Not our will, but Thy will be done. 

Lord, please have your way in our lives today. Cleanse us of all unrighteousness. Wash us from all worldly debris. Eradicate all ugliness, hatred, addiction, and vile proclivities within our carnal bodies. Replace every malady, sin and shortcoming with the grace of your anointing and power of your salvation. We want to be completely yours: totally like you in every way. 

Holy Ghost, complete us. Fill us with your love, compassion, kindness and joy. Operate on our hearts and make them new. Mold us and make us after the image and likeness of the One that died to make us free. Pour into us the oil of your anointing. Save us now we pray. All these things we ask in the glorious name of Jesus our Righteous King.
