Our Father, Lord, God and King, we love you today with an undying love, insatiable affection and heartfelt surrender to Your will, Your way and Your word. You are the Sovereign of Days, the Glorious One, and lover of our souls. How could we not serve, honor and obey Your every command? Hallowed be Your wonderful name.
Lord, we’ve made up our minds to follow You. We’ve determined in our hearts to submit all that we have, all that we are, and all that we ever want to be, to Your control. We yield to the unction of Your Holy Spirit in our lives. We resist every notion, every urge, thought or inkling of sin, rebellion or unrighteousness that comes before us. We live to love You, and only You.
Holy Spirit, strengthen our resolve. Empower us for the journey ahead. Please speak to our hearts. Teach us. Lead us. Guide us. Love us as only You can do. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ our Savior and soon coming King.
