Monday Morning Meditation

It shall be light in the evening time, the path to glory you will surely find. Through the waterway, it is the light today, buried in his precious name. Young and old, repent of all your sin, then the Holy Ghost will enter in. The evening time has come; tis a fact that God and Christ are one. 

Father, we do indeed pause to behold your majesty, glory and divinity. You are lovely in our eyes. There are no number of words that can adequately describe your greatness, nor accolades that can express your excellence. You are far beyond description, comprehension or knowing. So today we simply bow and worship you. 

Lord, we yield to the sound of your voice bellowing in our spirits, telling us to continue to go ahead. With your strength we forge forward and onward to victory. Victory over sin. Victory over failure, fear, fatigue and faithlessness. Victory over the onslaught of the Enemy of our souls. And victory over self. 

Holy Spirit, lead us this day. Lead us to righteousness. Lead us to holiness. Fill us. Strengthen us. Infuse us with your sustaining power. Lift us above every vestige of doubt and inkling of fear. Let our words be pure, our motives honorable and our lives pleasing to you. These things we pray in the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ our King.
