Years I spent in vanity and pride, Caring not my Lord was crucified, Knowing not it was for me He died on Calvary. Mercy there was great and grace was free, Pardon there was multiplied to me, There my burdened soul found liberty - At Calvary.
Father, we join our hearts and minds together in corporate celebration over all you’ve given and have done for us. Your grace, mercy, kindness and compassion are far beyond anything we could ever imagine: and certainly far beyond anything we deserve. You found us at our lowest state, cleaned us up, washed us, and made us whole, complete and secure in your loving arms. You are the God of all comfort, joy and we love you unconditionally.
Lord, we seek to do you will. We work toward the establishment of your great Kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven. We prepare our hearts daily for your return. You are our King, our Sovereign and Majesty. Glory to your holy name. Even now Lord Jesus come. Come in our lives, our hearts, our homes, our communities and our world. Save us. Sanctify us; and make us all you’d have us be.
Holy Spirit, we pray for your continued guidance. Lead us, direct us and instruct us. Inform our souls how to pray. Teach our hearts how to love. Train our lips to speak truth and our minds to think thoughts that glorify you. Lift up our spirits and fill the void in our carnal flesh with your power, purpose and divine pleasure. And let the words of our mouths and the meditations of our hearts be acceptable in thy sight oh Lord we pray. In Jesus name.
Amen
