Monday Morning Meditation

May your struggles keep you near the cross. And may your troubles show that you need God. And may your battles end the way they should. And may your bad days prove that God is good. And may your whole life prove that God is good. 

Our Father in heaven and Savior Divine, we worship you today in the beauty of holiness. We praise you from the fullness of the joy in our hearts. We thank you for all the many blessings you’ve bestowed upon us. We bless your holy name because you are great and greatly to be praised. Holy and righteous is our God. 

Lord, there is none like you. If we searched the universe over we still wouldn’t find anyone worthy of your glory, honor and praise. You are our soul’s delight and our heart’s desire. We live to serve you. We live to love you. Thank you Lord for saving our souls. Thank you Lord for making us whole. Thank you Lord for giving to us your great salvation so full and so free. 

Holy Spirit, please come by and complete us this morning. Complete our faith. Complete our joy. Fill us with your power. Touch us with your love. Hold us in your arms of protection. Lead us. Guide us. Comfort and provide exactly what we need. And give us this day our daily bread. These things we pray in Jesus name.
