Morning Meditation

For He’s a wonderful Savior to me, He’s a wonderful Savior to me; I was lost in sin, but Jesus took me in: He’s a wonderful Savior to me.

Father, we bow before you today in humble submission to your will, your word and your way. We are delighted to have this opportunity to worship you; and we do so in Spirit and in Truth. It is our great privilege and honor to praise you now. We offer our hearts, minds, bodies and souls to you in dedicated service. We pray you will accept these; our heartfelt supplications. 

Lord, we know you are both Spirit and Truth. You are the Way, the Life and our eternal Light. In you there is no shadow of turning. Your love is without dissemination, and your affection absent regard for anything we may have ever done, said or have been. Because your grace has found us now; right now we are saved. We are the children of God, and while we don’t know what we shall be, we are assured that when we see you, we will be totally transformed into the image of who you are, now. 

Holy Ghost, please be our guide today as we yield everything to your control. Control our attitudes. Regulate our thinking. Guide our footsteps and help us to align all our decisions within your divine nature. We desire to walk holy, upright, righteous and perfect before you, but we need your help. Help us Holy Ghost. It’s in the name of Christ Jesus we pray
