Morning Meditation

This is the day, (this is the day), that the Lord has made, (that the Lord has made). We will rejoice, (we will rejoice), and be glad in it, (and be glad in it). This is the day that the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. This is the day, (this is the day) that the Lord has made.

Father God in in name of Jesus, we come before you this day standing in the need of prayer. This is the day that the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. Help us God to trust that the doors you close God and the opening of new ones are for our good according to your plan. For your word says that You know the plans you have for us, plans to prosper and not harm us, plans for hope and for a future. 

Help us God to not fear for the future but trust boldly in Your Word and plans. God, we know that our circumstances now do not define all that you have called us to be God. Help us God to bring everything before Your throne of Grace this day. Guide us and teach us God in the way we should go. Open our hearts God to receive Your love, your joy and your peace this day. We have the victory this day, it is already finished. In Jesus Name
