Morning Meditation

I will make the darkness light before thee, What is wrong I’ll make it right before thee, All thy battles I will fight before thee, And the high place I’ll bring down. When thou walkest by the way I’ll lead thee, On the fatness of the land I’ll feed thee, And a mansion in the sky I’ll deed thee, And the high place I’ll bring down.

Blessed Father and King of Glory, we pause everything we’re doing today to praise your holy and righteous name. We dance before your throne in unbridled jubilation and uncontainable joy for the countless blessings you’ve bestowed upon us. Glory to your wonderful, matchless name.

Lord, there is no shadow of turning with you. You are eternally consistent and forever kind. Your love is from everlasting to everlasting; great is thy faithfulness. How could we neglect so great a salvation? You offered not only your love, affection, purpose and power, but you offered your life. You gave your life that we might be free. We owe a debt that can never be repaid. 

Holy Spirit, take control right now. Take the reins of our lives and lead us. Instruct us. Teach and lecture us. Guide us in the way of righteousness and above all, reside with and in us today and forevermore. This we pray in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.
