He lives, He lives, Christ Jesus lives today; He walks with me and talks with me along life's narrow way. He lives, He lives, Salvation to impart; you ask me how I know He lives? He lives within my heart. 

Father, there is no question, no doubt, or even mindless pondering about the extent of your power, significance and presence in our lives. You are everything, everywhere and all powerful. We exist only to do your will. We live to please you. We are only complete when you are present. We only experience full joy when you are near. 

We proclaim this day, not our will, but your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Provide for us what is needed today to complete the tasks set before us. Please give us more faith where faith is needed. Give us more power where power is necessary. Give us more grace where grace is essential. And more mercy even now. 

Lord forgive us our sins and trespasses. Wash us and make us anew. Lift us from the muck and mire of carnality and place us on a Rock to stay. You are that Rock, and our strong foundation. In you there is safety, help and joy. In you there is all we need and all we desire to enjoy.
