Weekend Meditation

Oh Lord, my God, when I in awesome wonder consider all the worlds Thy hands have made. I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder, Thy power throughout the universe displayed. Then sings my soul, my Savior God to Thee. How great Thou art, how great Thou art. Then sings my soul, my Savior God to Thee. How great Thou art, how great Thou art. 

Father, we pause this morning to bless your holy and righteous name. You, who are from everlasting to everlasting are our Lord, God, and Sovereign King. There is none like you in heaven above, on earth, or beneath the earth. You alone rule the cosmos, the universe and all that dwell therein. There is none greater. There is none more loving. There is none more kind. Blessed be the name of our God. 

Lord we delight in praising your holy name. The joy of the Lord is our strength. We lift you up in adoration and celebrate you with psalms of exhilaration, thanksgiving and praise. Glory be to the Lamb slain at Calvary for the remission of our sins and restoration of our souls. 

Holy Spirit, help us now. Complete us and make us whole. Cover us with your wings of protection. Anoint us. Empower us. Cause us to move under the unction of your anointing and grace of your power. Theses things we do affirm in humble surrender in the name of Christ Jesus our Lord.
