Weekend Meditation

Have you been baptized into the Body? Baptized with the Holy Ghost; There is but one way to enter in it, Just as they did on Pentecost. Are you in the Church triumphant? Are you in the Savior’s Bride? Come and be baptized into the Body, And forevermore abide.

Father, with every breath we take we are reminded of your grace, your mercy, kindness and compassion. You are great and greatly to be praised. We celebrate your love and affection toward us. With every fiber of our being we worship you. With every thought, action or deed, we seek to honor you. We adore you Father, and we live to serve you, and You only. 

Lord, it is our deepest desire to be pleasing in your sight. Create in us a clean heart and renew a Right Spirit within. Cast us not away from your presence; but instead bring us ever closer to your throne of grace. Fortify us with the strength of your Word. Empower us with the oil of your anointing. Make us warriors and soldiers on the battlefield of righteousness for your name sake. 

Holy Ghost, help us now we pray. We need your touch. We need the urging of your anointing to guide and direct us to all truth and righteousness. We need the sound of your voice in the ears of our souls to comfort, encourage, liberate and complete us. Have your way in us, through us and with us today in the name of Jesus Christ we pray.
