Weekend Meditation

Lord don't let me fail, I want to be in your Bride. When my way grows dark, keep me by your side. When my faith grows weak, always let me see, something in my life that thou hast done for me.

Father, what a marvelous and glorious day you have made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. For it is made marvelous by your presence and glorious because of your love. It is by your will that we woke up this morning. It is by your commandment that we enjoy the abundance of resources we have in store. And it’s by your grace only that we are saved. Thank you Father. 

Lord, we stand ready to battle every enemy of the cross with unrelenting resolve and determination. We clothe ourselves in righteousness: putting on the whole armor of God that we may defeat the wiles of the devil. We gird ourselves in truth, carrying the shield of faith, wearing your breastplate of righteousness. We adorn our feet with the Gospel and our heads with helmets of salvation, to battle every enemy with the sword of your Word. 

Holy Ghost help us now we pray. Help us to defeat that which in the past has defeated us. Help us to believe. Help our unbelief turn into increased faith and everlasting hope. Open our eyes and give us a clear vision of the dangers that lurk around us. Order our steps, prepare our hearts, and be glorified in our lives this day in Jesus name we pray.
