The Concerned Citizens of Vauxhall & Vicinity Civic Association is hosting a meeting tonight to start off Women's History Month. They will be having their guest speaker Nicole Horton discuss the roles of a Black women caring for a special needs child. The dicussion will be moderated by Ms. Elsie Mackey.
